Private Medical Insurance
We all want peace of mind when it comes to our health. We offer medical insurance free to you (a taxable benefit) and at great rates for your family. You are auto-enrolled upon joining the company and can amend your choices at any time you wish. This benefit includes a 24 hour medical advice helpline, access to a doctor, treatments at private healthcare facilities, and physiotherapy services.
Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
The Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) is offered to all employees . The programme provides 24-hour free access to advice on financial, emotional and legal matters that are affecting you personally. The services is provided online or via a confidential telephone helpline which can be accessed by employees and their families.
Healthcare Benefits
Based on your length of service with us we offer sick pay entitlements as well as the opportunity to utilise a healthcare cash plan in the form of a voluntary benefit.
Pension
Upon joining the company you will be automatically enrolled into the company's Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. Your contribution rate will automatically default to the 4% member contribution level, with the company double-matching with 8%. However you can amend your member contribution amount at any time, with double-match applying at your chosen contribution level.
Share Savings Programme
We offer you the opportunity to join an advantageous Share Savings Plan. You can contribute up to a limit of 2.5% of your gross Basic Pay, up to a maximum amount of £150 per month. Your contributions are used to buy shares, for every Contributory Share you buy, the Company immediately gives you another free share. Any dividends received on your plan shares will be accumulated in the plan by the Trustees and used to acquire further shares on your behalf.

Family Care Support
We subscribe to an independent company to provide P&G working parents and carers the support they need to find the care solution that best helps them combine work and family. The service offers advice and support, expert 1:1 help with finding care solutions, adult and eldercare, back-up emergency care and a nursery discount.
Family-Friendly Leave Entitlements
Our generous paid maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave entitlements are on offer to eligible employees. In addition to this, eligible employees can take up to a week of extra paid leave around the time of their marriage or civil partnership.
Holiday Allowance and Bank Holidays
We offer an entitlement of 25 days (at 7.5 hours) which we convert to hours. All UK bank holidays are paid and lieu time given where they fall on a non-work day.
Flex Bank
We operate a 'flex bank' where if work extra hours are worked you can 'bank' them to use at a later time where you need to take time off eg to attend a personal appointment or a special occasion.
