Private Medical Insurance

We all want peace of mind when it comes to our health. We offer Private Medical Insurance which is free to you (as a taxable benefit) and available at great rates for your family too. You are automatically enrolled to the plan upon joining the company, and you can amend your membership status at any time.


Pension Plan

Upon joining the company, you will be automatically enrolled into our Defined Contribution Pension Scheme. Your contribution rate will initially default to the 4% member contribution level, which P&G will then double-match at 8%. That said, you are able to amend your member contribution % at any time.

1-4-1 Share Scheme

We offer the chance to join an advantageous 1-4-1 Share Savings Scheme. You are able to contribute up to 2.5% (max) of your Gross Basic Pay per month. Those contributions are used to purchase P&G shares, and for each Contributory Share bought, the Company will give you another for free!

Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is offered to all employees at Manchester Plant. The program provides 24-hour access to free expert advice across financial, emotional and legal matters which may affect you personally. The service is provided online or via a confidential telephone helpline which can be accessed by both employees and their families.

Family Leave Entitlements

We offer generous paid maternity, paternity, adoption and shared parental leave entitlements to our eligible employees. In addition to this, employees can take up to a week of extra paid leave around the time of their marriage or civil partnership.

Family Care Program

We provide P&G working parents and carers the support needed to find the care solutions which best help them to combine work and family. Our Family Care service offers advice and support, expert 1:1 help with finding care solutions, adult and eldercare, back-up emergency care and nursery discounts.
