Hiring Process Step 1

Application

This is the first step in the process, and gives you an opportunity to tell us all about yourself.

Hiring Process Step 2

Assessments

Once you submit your application, you’ll be directed to take up to two of our online assessments. These measure skills and abilities relevant to the plant technician role and help determine your potential for success as a P&G employee. You may receive up to two assessments. After completing the first assessment, please check your email inbox for an update on what to do next. For every candidate who completes a P&G assessment, P&G donates a liter of clean water through P&G’s Children’s Safe Drinking Water (CSDW) program.

Interviews

We use different interview techniques and styles—including panel and one-to-one interviews—to assess your skills, experience level, and fit for the role. We’ll also be looking to see how you relate to, compare with, and connect with our PEAK Performance Factors. And this is your opportunity to find out about us—so ask away.

Offer

FAQ

Does P&G disclose salary information prior to any offers being made?

No, we would not normally disclose salary information until an offer is extended. However, as a company we do pay very competitively. 

Can I come on site to visit the department where I will work before I am due to start my role? 

This would normally be possible, however, due to the recent COVID measures we have had to take on site all non-critical site visits have been put on hold until further notice.

Is workwear provided and is there a car park on site?  

Yes, we do provide company workwear to all employees on site. There is also a car park facility next to the plant which can be used free of charge by P&G employees.

What opportunities to develop will I have as a Technician?

We would normally hire individuals at entry level and they advance by demonstrating growing levels of operational, maintenance and leadership skills. We also provide them with the opportunity to expand their skills and knowledge into electrical, quality assurance, logistics and other areas of expertise.
