FAQs

CAN I COME TO VISIT THE PLANT TO SEE WHAT ITS LIKE?

All final interviews will be conducted at the plant to enable you to gain a good insight into our workplace environment and to assess whether you think our place of work would be right for you. Its also a great opportunity to ask any remaining questions.

WHAT TRAINING WOULD I RECEIVE AS A NEW HIRE?

Initially its important for you to understand our work enviroment therefore you'll be issued with a detailed training plan covering health and safety, good manufacturing practice, quality assurance, stewardship and be introduced to our work processes. You'll work day hours to start with and once you have passed your training you will work as part of a line team on a rotating shift.

WHAT IS YOUR PAY FREQUENCY?

Pay is calculated on a weekly basis and is paid every two weeks.

IS WORKWEAR PROVIDED?

Yes, we provide company workwear to all employees that are involved in the manufacturing process. Safety shoes are also provided; if you already have your own pair they must be anti-static to comply with our workwear standards.

All personal protective equipment is issued as needed for the task.

IS OVERTIME OFFERED?

Yes, when it becomes available it is offered on a voluntary basis and follows a sign-up process.
